2. Grandma will respond with a diagnosis and cost   estimate.
3. After you've discussed with Grandma, send your stuffed friend to   Grandma's workshop   at   412   Kelburn Road,  Apt.  216,   in   Deerfield,   Illinois, where the operation will take place 
4. Grandma will inform you via email when you can expect your stuffed friend to be returned home, and will  attach the hospital bill *
