In September, 2021, Grandma's Stuffed Animal Hospital, a custom sewing service that repairs old or damaged stuffed animals, was launched Susan Dvora Bernstein out of her local apartment. This business is the lifelong dream of Dvora Bernstein; as a mother of three she began repairing stuffed animals every Christmas Eve. She would read her kids "The Night Before Christmas" and inspired them to get their stuffed animals ready for Santa by repairing them and making them look nice. Years later, Dvora Bernstein began repairing stuffed animals again, for an annual event at her son's cafe in Nashville, Tennessee. Now, as a grandmother, Dvora Bernstein seeks to ensure that all animals are able to receive access to the affordable healthcare that they deserve. With the help of her grandchildren, Grandma's Stuffed Animal Hospital is now fully operational!
